Fernando Fernández De casadevante
Fernando has extensive experience in Corporate & M&A, having participated in numerous acquisitions, mergers and restructuring processes of different companies, from startups to financial sector entities subject to supervision.
He is graduated in Law from the University of Navarra, Fernando has a Masters for Access to the Legal Profession from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), together with a specialisation in International Law, Foreign Trade & International Relations.
Fernando is currently studying for an MBA in international trade at the ICEX-CECO business school.
