O&M, AM, Implementation, Licensing, Consulting, NDA’s, MoU’s, UTE’s/Consortiums, FIDIC Contracts and Contracts involving multilateral organizations such as World Bank, EBI, EBRD, ICAO and ITER, related to engineering, construction and information technologies in the fields of Defence, Air Traffic Management, Energy, Telecommunications, Industry, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate. 

Extensive experience in contracts negotiation and its management, amicable dispute resolution, pre-litigation management and resolution of incidents during their life cycle, either in collaboration or against the Client, Partners and Subcontractors.
